Entry

By entering the Edinburgh Golf Week, you are agreeing to paying £215 for the 5 rounds of golf.

Payment can be made with a deposit of £50 followed by full payment by March 31st 2026.

Cancellation Policy

If you are looking to cancel your entry more than 90 days before the event start date, you will receive a full refund, less a £25 administration fee.
If you cancel your entry between 60 and 90 days of the event start date, you will receive a 25% refund.
If you cancel your entry with less than 60 days before the event start date, you will not receive any refund, unless we manage to fill your space.

Course Closure and Changes

In the unlikely event of either golf courses being closed, we will provide each golfer with a voucher to play the course at a more suitable time if the event can't be rescheduled.

We reserve the right to amend, substitute or adjust the golf course line-up at any stage during Edinburgh Golf Week where necessary. While every effort will be made to deliver the advertised itinerary, changes may occasionally be required due to circumstances beyond our control or where we believe adjustments are in the best interests of the event. Any such changes will be made with the aim of maintaining the overall quality and standard of the experience for all players throughout the week.

Tee Times

Tee times are confirmed at booking, these may fluctuate by up to 20 minutes from the original booking.
